We hope you love your merch, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, we’ve made it as simple as possible. We are able to accept the return of unused, unopened merch for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We understand that on occasion, it may be that you can no longer attend a gig. Please check with your ticket vendor to see if you are able to be refunded.
For Artful Witch Promotions tickets, please see the terms on the Eventbrite page where the ticket was purchased, and eligible refund requests can be processed there.
